Solutions — IT & Systems

Predictable sync behaviour. Clear field mappings. A receipt for everything.

Community Bridge is built for operators who need to understand exactly what moves between systems, why it moved, what was blocked, and when it happened. No black-box automation. No unexplained field writes. No silent failures.

Most integrations answer the wrong question.

Point-to-point integrations often lack governance. Fields move without clear policies. Source-of-truth systems can be overwritten. Children end up in marketing lists. Sensitive data ends up in CRM fields it was never supposed to reach. IT teams are left managing sprawl they didn't design and can't audit.

What your team needs
Community Bridge is built as a governed, auditable hub — not a collection of pairwise syncs

How Community Bridge handles data responsibility.

Every projection from the hub to a destination system is policy-checked, purpose-aware, and leaves a full audit record.

Tenant isolation

Each customer is provisioned into its own runtime environment and data boundary. No shared data across tenants. Tenant-scoped credentials, configuration, worker processing, and audit records.

Source-of-truth boundaries

Operational facts — membership status, billing records, programme enrollments — remain controlled by source systems. Community Bridge does not overwrite source data unless writeback is explicitly approved by the tenant.

Field allowlists and PII classification

Hub fields are classified as public, contact PII, behavioural PII, sensitive PII, restricted, or operational. Only approved fields are allowed to leave the hub. Restricted and sensitive fields are blocked by default.

Person eligibility rules

Children are blocked from marketing destinations by default. Do-not-contact and do-not-solicit rules are applied before any person reaches a downstream tool. Suppression is automatic, not optional.

Full audit records

Every projection records the tenant, destination, purpose, policy applied, suppression reasons, field redaction reasons, allowed fields, blocked fields, and timestamp. Audit records never contain raw PII values.

Explainable sync behaviour

Every audience membership comes with a plain-language reason. Every field write is traceable to a source event. Operators can explain to any stakeholder exactly what happened, why, and when.

Community Bridge is designed with SOC 1 certification in mind. Auditability is a first-class requirement, not an afterthought.
