Works with the systems community centres already use
One member. Five systems. None of them telling you the same story.
Your membership director, fundraiser, and marketing coordinator are all looking at the same people — and none of them can see what the others know.
The relationship exists. But it’s being split between your tools.
Most community centres run 5–10 different tools. Each one holds part of the member's story. None of them show the whole picture — so opportunities stay hidden until it's too late to act.

Connect your existing systems
Community Bridge connects to the tools your team already uses — membership, registration, access control, events, email, donations, POS, and more. No replacements. No migrations.

Build shared person and household profiles
Community Bridge resolves scattered records across systems into a single person and household profile. The relationship exists. It just needed someone to show it whole.

Derive relationship signals
Cross-system patterns become explainable signals — declining check-ins, lapsed program families, high engagement with no donation history. Each signal is source-backed and traceable.

Build actionable audiences
Signals become opportunity audiences: active-but-disengaging members, engaged non-donors, likely repeat participants. Every audience member comes with a plain-language reason for why they matched.

Activate in the tools teams already use
Audiences sync to HubSpot, Mailchimp, Raiser's Edge, and other destinations. Community Bridge keeps them current as member behaviour changes. Your tools run the play.

Useful data still needs rules.
Community Bridge controls what data is allowed to leave the hub, who it can reach, and why. Every projection leaves a receipt.
Person eligibility
Children are blocked from marketing destinations. Do-not-contact and do-not-solicit rules are applied before any data reaches a downstream tool.
Field allowlists
Only approved fields leave the hub. Sensitive and restricted data is blocked by default. Tenants can tighten rules further but cannot weaken platform protections.
Purpose-aware projection
Each projection is tied to a purpose. Marketing automation, fundraising, and operational destinations follow different rules for what data is allowed.
Source-of-truth boundaries
Operational facts stay controlled by the source system. Community Bridge does not overwrite member-management records unless writeback is explicitly approved.
Audit records
Every governed projection records what was allowed, what was blocked, which policy applied, and when it ran. No black-box automation.
Explainable audiences
Every audience member comes with a plain-language reason for why they matched. Staff can understand and trust the data before acting on it.
Community Bridge is designed with SOC 1 certification in mind. Tenant environments are isolated at the runtime and data layer.
